NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010019 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Benefit Of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-7t2 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-7t2, is the Plaintiff and Kelly Spielmaker, Lisa Spielmaker, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated, as a Nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A., Wilshire Lakes Master Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(S), are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
