NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 6, 2018 entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004225 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, NA, Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of December 1, 2006 Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-E is the Plaintiff and Magda L. Munoz; Ricardo Munoz; Margarita Muniz; Unknown Tenants; The Board of County Commissioners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8, day of March, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND 14, BLOCK C, COCONUT CREEK, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
