NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000955-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC USA National Association as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust Series 2007-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Javier Alfaro; Josefina Alfaro, are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on March 8, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 52, UNIT 67. GLODEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
