NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001181 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and UV Cite II, LLC are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on March 8, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 61, MADISON PARK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
