NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 31, 2018 in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:

THAT portion of the following described parcel lying Westerly of the West right of way line of the existing County Road as described in Deed from Herbert L. Jensen and Mabel E. Jensen, husband and wife, to the County of Sarasota, recorded in O.R. Book 624, Page 115, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida: South 92.4 feet of the North 3261.7 feet of Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, on Peninsular of Manasota Key being a parcel fronting 100 feet on the Gulf of Mexico, and running from the Gulf of Mexico to Lemon Bay. TOGETHER with a parcel of land formerly submerged (now partially filled and partially submerged, conveyed to Herbert L. Jensen and Mabel E. Jensen, husband and wife, by the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, by Deed recorded in Deed Book 362, Page 135, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with:
(1)All buildings and improvements erected on the property;
(2)All fixtures, appliances, machinery, equipment, and other articles or personal property at any time installed in, attached to, or situated on the real estate or in the buildings and improvements to be erected on the real estate, or used or intended to be used in connection with the real estate, or in the operation of the buildings and improvements, plant, business, or dwelling on the real estate, whether or not the personal property is affixed to the real estate;
(3)All building materials, fixtures, building machinery, and building equipment delivered on site to the real estate during the course of, or in connection with, construction of the buildings and improvements;
(4)All streets, alleys, passages, water courses, easements, and covenants existing or to be created for the benefit of the Borrower or any subsequent owner or tenant of the mortgaged real estate over ground adjoining the mortgaged real estate, and all rights to enforce their maintenance;
(5)All other rights and privileges, reversions and remainders, and all the income, rents, and profits arising from them, and all other interest or right of the Borrower in the real estate; and
(6)The replacements or proceeds from the sale of any of the above.
The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on March 8, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
