NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000853-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and JAMES D. MITCHEM; DENISE MITCHEM A/K/A DENISE L. MITCHEM, et al., are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 8, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 94, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
