NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 14th day of December, 2017 in the cause wherein Robert Dante, Plaintiff, and Kastle Entertainment,Inc.,et al., Defendant, being case number 04CC2042NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Kastle Entertainment,Inc.,et al. in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

UNIT 17, BUILDING 106, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004046838,AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on March 20, 2018, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant, Kastle Entertainment, et al., right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27.
