LOT(S) 8, BLOCK 45, UNIT 12, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 308 JEFFERSON AVE, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 9, 2018 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
