NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2016 entered in Case Number: 10-CA-056289 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein: DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and JEANNIE JANIKULA a/k/a JEANNIE C. JANIKULA; DUANE JANIKULA a/k/a DUANE J. JANIKULA; INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; WASTE PRO USA, INC.; GAIL KULICK d/b/a KULICK LAW OFFICES; TDM CONSULTING, INC.; SUMMIT CAPITAL CORP.; SEA GATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and EDWARD J. OLAH, TRUSTEE OF THE EDWARD J. OLAH IRREVOCABLE TRUST WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S) are Defendants. BEGINNING AT THE CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13 OF SAID SEA GATE SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES, 06'30” WEST, 67.88 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF DINGMAN DRIVE, ALSO BEING THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 17; THENCE NORTH 83 DEGREES 39'20” EAST, 220.92 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 17; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 06'30” EAST, 209.02 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 17 AND 13; THENCE NORTH 81 DEGREES 49'32” WEST 223.18 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SAID DINGMAN DRIVE, ALSO BEING THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 13; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 9.59 FEET BEING THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 180.00, WITH A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 00 DEGREES 25'05” EAST 9.59 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID CURVE, NORTH 01 DEGREES 06'30” WEST, 75.40 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13 AND POINT OF BEGINNING.
