NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners' Association, Inc. entered in this action on the 30th day of January, 2018, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 23, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF VALRICO, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 19189, PAGE 93, ID #U-04-30-21-5LT-D00000-00064.0 BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 64, BLOCK D, SECTION 3, 4, TWIN LAKES-PARCEL D1, D3 AND E1, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 1, RECORDED 05/09/2000.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 5117 Whispering Leaf Trail, Valrico, Florida 33596 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
