NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 8, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-007900 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and NEMECIO FIGUEROA, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of MARCH 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 70 feet of the West 140 feet of the North 155 feet, Block 2, CORRECTED MAP MAXWELLTON SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 50, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
