NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 13CA007289 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57 CB is Plaintiff and ALBANO, ANTHONY AND TAMMY, et al, are Defendants.
