NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17-CA005517 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein FIRST AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC a New Jersey limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO L. LORENZO, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on March 14, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1112 of The Grand Reserve Condominium at Tampa, Florida, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 16005, at Page 672, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
