NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-010305-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Beneficial Florida, Inc., Daniel Rivera, Stacy L. Rivera, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 13th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, CREEKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 49 AND 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
