NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003100-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB D/B/A Christina Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely as the Trustee for the Brougham Fund I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Florence M. Demayo, Orange County, Florida, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Bryson Cole, Vista Hills Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 20th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 46, VISTA HILLS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
