Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2013CC000304AX, the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 304 BLDG “O” BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS PHASE III SEC 1, A Condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1064, Pages 1505 to 1531, inclusive, amendments thereof, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Pages 62 and 63, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and re-recorded in O.R. Book 1064, Page 2802, of said records.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on March 15, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
