DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and ROSA E. VEGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA E. VEGA; COUNTRY TRAILS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of MARCH, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, COUNTRY TRAILS PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 2 AND 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
