NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of February, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-002188-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR CIM TRUST 2016-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2016-5 is the Plaintiff and STUART A. THOMPSON; JUDY D. THOMPSON; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; KARIE L. SANOBA, ESQUIRE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 IN BLOCK 1 OF CROOKED LAKE PARK, TRACT #1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PG 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
