NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 9, 2018, entered in Case No. 2008CA004896 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM2 is the Plaintiff and Nicole Kimmel; Unknown Spouse of Nicole Kimmel; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Solely as Nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; The Meadow Pointe III Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'beil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 43, MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “J”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
