Strother, as Trustee of the Rosmarie F. Strother Trust dated the 24th day of August, 2004, Rosmarie F. Strother a/k/a Rosemarie F. Strother, a/k/a R.F. Strother, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Rosmarie F. Strother Trust dated the 24th day of August, 2004; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
