NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 13, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-000475-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ESTHER MAY URANKAR; WOODMERE LAKE CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby. Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on March 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT H-201 WOODMERE LAKE CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1186, PAGES 789 THROUGH 845, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE # 148.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
