NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of February, 2018, and entered in Case No. 1117CA666, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA1 is the Plaintiff and ASHTON PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK, DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK; REGIONS FINANCIAL CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANCORPORATION; THE PLAYERS CLUB AND SPA, LLC; GORDON FRANK HALL, JR. A/K/A BRODIE HALL; JONATHAN MATTHEW HALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A COREY EDWARDS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A REFUSED TO GIVE NAME; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY G. HALL A/K/A MARY GODEK HALL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, ASHTON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 84 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
