NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-002121-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES , GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LAURAMARIA GRODE A/K/A LAURA MARIA GRODE A/K/A LAURA M. GRODE, DECEASED; JOBINA RIMMER A/K/A JOBINA COLIN RIMMER; VICTORIA MANN A/K/A VICTORIA REGINA MANN; HILLARY FRANKS A/K/A HILLARY ADRIAN FRANKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FCCI COMMERCIAL INSURANCE COMPANY; SUPERIOR INTERLOCKING PAVING, INC.; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 58, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
