NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017, entered in Case No. 2017 CA 723 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Daniel J. Kubiak and Doreen A. Kubiak are the Plaintiffs and John Daniel Adams, Angelika Mavis Adams, Cascada at Fiddler's Creek Condominium Association, Inc., Fiddler's Creek Foundation, Inc., and Fifth Third Bank are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00am on March 15, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 1, PHASE 1 OF CASCADA AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2903, PAGE 2396, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
