NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001893, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD T. COLLINS A/K/A RICK COLLINS, are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15 day of MARCH, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 102, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
