NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 15, 2018, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 08-2261-CA, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on March 15, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
East 180 feet of Tract 17 of GOLDEN GATES ESTATES Unit No. 72, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 8, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
