NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 14, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA001011 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and DDC HOME RESTORATIONS; VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH FRANCIS MURPHY, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 16th day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT NO. 22-A (A/K/A 222, BUILDING A), OF VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM OF SARASOTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1162, PAGE 807, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 44 AND 44A, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
