NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 14, 2018 in Civil Case No. 58-2017-CA-002742 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and HENRY J. GAUTHIER SR. ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court (Karen E. Rushing), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21ST day of MARCH 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 316, Strathmore Riverside Villas, Section 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Office Records Bok 897, Pages 685 through 697, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 941, Page 938; Official Records Book 1079, Page 1687; Official Records Book 1373, Page 933; and Official Records Book 1416, Page 384, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, pages 48, 48A and 48B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
