NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated November 30, 2017, and was recorded December 7, 2017, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2017150039, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at CALINI BEACH CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 1030 Seaside Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 20th day of March, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
