NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of February, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 003093 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and GREGG HOFFNER A/K/A GREGG L. HOFFNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGG HOFFNER A/K/A GREGG L. HOFFNER N/K/A GREGG L. HOFFNER; NAOMI HOFFNER A/K/A NAOMI L. HOFFNER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 266, FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
