and commonly known as: 14441 Barley Field Drive, Wimauma, FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 6th day of April, 2018 at 10 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
