NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2017 and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-009410 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-2 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, Plaintiff, and FRANCIS LANDRY; SHERYL LANDRY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUALS DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVIDEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AND STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 IN BLOCK 1 OF SLEEPY HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44 ON PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
