NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 10-CA-007094 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Julie M. Nasevicious; Unknown Spouse of Julie M. Nasevicious, if any; Amjad G. Said; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Rivercrest Community Association, Inc., a/k/a Rivercrest Homeowners' Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, BLOCK 21, RIVERCREST PHASE 2, PARCEL “N”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 238, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
