NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 02, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-011257 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHARON F. CHONOS, DECEASED ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DARRIN CHONOS ; SUSAN BALMER ; KIMBERLY SIMPSON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 15, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
