NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 01, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-010739 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE C. HAGAMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of Lot 9, HORSESHOE ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 24 of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Being more Particularly described as follows:
Commence at a found 4 inches x 4 inches concrete monument L.B. # 6387 P.R.M. marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 9; thence N.00 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds E., on the East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 30.19 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N. 89 degrees 08 minutes 36 seconds W., departing the East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 829.05 feet to a point on the Southeasterly right of way line of Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road Per plat); thence N.51 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds E., on the Southeasterly right of way line said Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road Per Plat) a distance of 342.71 feet to a point at the intersection of the Southeasterly right of way line of said Trackside Drive, (Pepper Ridge Road per plat) and the North line of said Lot 9; thence S.89 degrees 11 minutes 53 seconds E., departing the Southeasterly right of way line of said Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road per plat) and on the North line of said Lot 9 a distance of 561.13 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence S.00 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds W., on the East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 217.67 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel contains 3.47 acres, more or less.
