NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001524 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8, Plaintiff and Michael D. Olodude are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 1, OAK CREEK PARCEL H-H, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 141 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
