NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-005560 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company formerly known as Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee of Vendee Mortgage Trust 1998-1, Plaintiff and Robert Eugene Duggins, as Personal Representative of The Estate of Robert Emanuel Duggins, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 2, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 232, MAP OR PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING LOT 6.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
