NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-009001 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank, USA, National Association as Trustee For Opteum Mortgage Acceptance Corporation, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and Aldo A. Selva are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 17, VALHALLA PHASE 3-4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 69 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
