YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
LAKEWOOD ESTATES SEC B BLK 77, LOTS 15 AND 16, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
more commonly known as 2100 CAESAR WAY S, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33712,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' attorney NATHANIEL C GRIFFIN of THE GRIFFIN LAW FIRM, located at 1110 Pinellas Bayway S #202, Tierra Verde, FL 33715 WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION of this NOTICE OF ACTION, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter. IF A DEFENDANT FAILS TO DO SO, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT OR PETITION.
