Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-004273-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE S. GORDON A/K/A JACQUELINE GORDON; LISA L. ZIMRING; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; 84 LUMBER COMPANY, L.P.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., FOR ENCORE CREDIT CORP. A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; STEVEN GORDON A/K/A STEVE R. GORDON; NOREEN GORDON SABLOTSKY; KIM M. CLEMENTS; SUSAN JENKINS; MICHAEL JENKINS; JULIANA TORO GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE S. GORDON A/K/A JACQUELINE GORDON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 BLOCK 2 BRIGHTWATER BEACH ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS CONTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
