GORDON A/K/A JACQUELINE GORDON; LISA L. ZIMRING; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; 84 LUMBER COMPANY, L.P.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., FOR ENCORE CREDIT CORP. A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; STEVEN GORDON A/K/A STEVE R. GORDON; NOREEN GORDON SABLOTSKY; KIM M. CLEMENTS; SUSAN JENKINS; MICHAEL JENKINS; JULIANA TORO GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE S. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
