RO20-HOA Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclosure, regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) on Schedule “1” at Royal Palms Condominium, located in Orange County, Florida, as described pursuant the Declaration referred to below of said county, as amended. Royal Palms of Orlando Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay. Trustee is conducting a non-judicial foreclosure pursuant to Florida Statute 721.855.
