NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and subsequent Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated December 21, 2017, in Case Number 2016-CA-002914-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Martin Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Allan M. Michaels is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 30, 2018, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, OF LAKE EULALIA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
