Notice is hereby given that the Lancaster County Children & Youth Social Service Agency has presented to Orphans' Court Division, Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, PA, a Petition for termination of any rights you have or might have concerning the child known as Bree Lynn McGinnis (12/09/2008). The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held in Courtroom Number 9, Fourth Floor, at the Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA, on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. prevailing time. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the court without your being present. You have a right to be represented at the hearing by a lawyer. YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS PAPER TO YOUR LAWYER AT ONCE.
