NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Agreed Order Granting Motion to Re-Schedule Sale and Directing Clerk to Re-Set Sale dated December 21, 2017, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, being Civil Action No.: 17-CA-000962, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and WW DOYLE & SONS VENTURE, INC., WENDY C. DOYLE, DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO, and FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE., and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants are the Defendants, and under and pursuant to the terms of the said Final Judgment of Foreclosure will offer for sale to the highest and best bidder, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 25th day of January, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 am., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale the property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as follows:
The State of Florida Alcoholic Liquor License #BEV 2100057, Series 3 PS.

and

All inventory, Chattel Paper, Accounts, Equipment, General Intangibles, Fixtures held by WW Doyle & Sons Venture, Inc.

The property aforesaid is being sold to satisfy Wells Fargo, N.A's claims under Summary Final Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
