NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of December, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008448 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. TEAGUE II A/K/A JAMES TEAGUE; COLLEEN M. TEAGUE A/K/A COLLEEN TEAGUE; TB ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 167, FIFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 33, 33A THROUGH 33R, INCLUSIVE, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
