NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 56, Block 3240, REPLAT OF PORTIONS OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION FIFTY ONE, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 29A through 29C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Property Address: 2103 Hariet Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33952
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, on the 22nd day of January 2018 at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
