COMES NOW, the Defendant, EVELYN KATZ, TRUSTEE OF THE MISC LEE 010352, (“TRUST”), by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on November 19, 2012. Case No: 12-CA-56997.

Part of Lot 13, Unit #1, ISLAND SHORES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 24 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, being that same real property described in OR Book 1438, Page 1967 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Common Street address: 640 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, Florida, 33931
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, within 30 days from first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
