NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) entered on December 20, 2017, in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002314-0001, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. successor-in-interest to MATTHEW SMITH COMPANY, INC. (“Wells Fargo”) is the Plaintiff, and ABIGAIL CHILL a/k/a ABIGAIL M. CHILL a/k/a ABIGAIL ROSS a/k/a ABIGAIL SWARTZ a/k/a ABIGAL CHILL a/k/a ABAGAIL CHILL a/k/a ABIGAIL SCHWARTZ a/k/a ABBEY ROSS a/k/a ABBY SWARTZ a/k/a ABIGAIL M SWARTZ (“Chill”) is the Defendant, and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 25, 2018, in the lobby on the third floor of the of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at the 11 o'clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The East 180 feet of Tract 46, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 27, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 17, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO TIDS FINAL JUDGMENT.
