NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-006288 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and James B. Davison; Unknown Spouse of James B. Davison; Bessy Salavrakoy f/k/a Bessy Davison; Unknown Spouse of Bessy Salavrakoy f/k/a Bessy Davison; IberiaBank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 147, RADCLIFF ESTATES UNIT THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 39 AND 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
