NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002355 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MILAGROS INGRAM; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A NADIA INGRAM; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PAUL N. INGRAM A/K/A PAUL NATHANIEL INGRAM, DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK F, FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 31, 31A AND 31B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
